comuna de Portezuelo realiz\u00f3 la entrega formal de implementos y recursos por un monto total que supera los\u00a0<strong>20 millones de pesos<\/strong>, beneficiando a dos sectores clave de la comunidad: las personas mayores postradas y los clubes deportivos. La inversi\u00f3n se materializa a trav\u00e9s de dos proyectos ganadores de fondos concursables a nivel regional.<\/p><p>El alcalde Juan Carlos Ram\u00edrez Sep\u00falveda destac\u00f3 la doble adjudicaci\u00f3n: \u201cEstamos muy contentos porque\u2026 hemos logrado ser la \u00fanica comuna que alcanza el monto mayor en una de las buenas pr\u00e1cticas a nivel regional\u201d. En vez de tener un veh\u00edculo estacionado, el equipo de salud comenz\u00f3 a instalar stands en ferias y celebraciones comunales, ofreciendo controles de signos vitales, toma de test r\u00e1pido de VIH y prevenci\u00f3n de diversas enfermedades.<\/p><p>El proyecto, que lleva el lema\u00a0<strong>\u201cUn minuto puede salvar una vida\u201d<\/strong>, estableci\u00f3 un requisito clave para los clubes: realizar sus ex\u00e1menes m\u00e9dicos preventivos (EMP) en el CESFAM. Los tres restantes ser\u00e1n entregados a clubes deportivos que juegan en distintas canchas de la comuna.<\/li><li>* Equipamiento complementario: Tablas de inmovilizaci\u00f3n cervical y espinal, botiquines completamente equipados, inmovilizadores de extremidades, toldos y dispensadores de agua.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>El objetivo<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 Claudia Saavedra, es que \u201cen estas agrupaciones sepan realizar reanimaci\u00f3n cardiopulmonar (RCP) y manejar un desfibrilador autom\u00e1tico mientras llega el personal capacitado\u201d.
