En las \u00e1reas rurales se relaciona con aquellos hogares que posean una llave fuera de la vivienda y\/o disponibilidad de servicio de eliminaci\u00f3n de aguas servidas (soluci\u00f3n diferente a W.C conectado a alcantarillado o fosa s\u00e9ptica) (Biblioteca del Congreso Nacional, Reportes Comunales).&nbsp;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Las personas carentes de servicios b\u00e1sicos en la comuna de Portezuelo a junio del 2022 corresponden a un promedio de 44,1% de la poblaci\u00f3n. Por otro lado, para el mismo per\u00edodo el porcentaje de hogares en situaci\u00f3n de hacinamiento fue del 9% (Biblioteca del Congreso Nacional, 2023).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d41e4fa e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" socioecon\u00f3mica (CASEN) se puede determinar el porcentaje de \u201cpobreza por ingresos\u201d, el que considera en situaci\u00f3n de pobreza a aquellos hogares cuyos ingresos son inferiores al m\u00ednimo establecido para satisfacer las necesidades b\u00e1sicas de sus miembros, y en situaci\u00f3n de pobreza extrema a aquellos hogares cuyos ingresos son inferiores al m\u00ednimo establecido para satisfacer las necesidades alimentarias de sus miembros (Biblioteca del Congreso Nacional, 2021). <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la comuna los resultados de la encuesta CASEN 2017, indican un 18,7% de pobreza por ingresos, variable que disminuye a 17,4% de acuerdo a la misma encuesta en el a\u00f1o 2020 (Biblioteca del Congreso Nacional,
